See the following pages which explains:
- Your MySalus Community Account reflects the minimal information “User Name” (email before the @) you provided during the registration process and lists any you purchases and invoices you may have.
- Your Community Profile is different from you account and can be personalized including:
- Add/change your default avatar and profile picture (assigned by default if you used your social media account to register and logon)
- You can also change your email address, activity and notification preferences and the viability settings (privacy) of your profile.
- You are also able to see and manage your network connections, group memberships and message (public or private).
- Your anonymity begins with your “User Name” (email before the @) . If you used your social media (Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and/or LinkedIn) account, your user name and logon password are inherited from those memberships.
- If you connect with another member and establish a “Friend” relationship and want to share your full name – that is up to you and you maintain responsibility for sharing that information.
- We will never share your name, email address or any other Personal Identification information (PII) as stated in our Privacy Policy.
The Member and Partner Blogs are a great way to share your insights with the community at large! The public forums cover a wide range of topics, from fetishes to body piercing to wine enthusiasts.
On the main blog page, click on Forums and you’ll see the many different topics of discussion – by marking your blog as part of a Forum, more members will be able to read and comment on it, giving you more visibility and more profile views!
When you create a blog and want to showcase it in the public forums, simply choose which one from the Show in Forums drop down menu that appears below the text entry box of blog. If at anytime you wish to remove your blog from any forum, click Edit Post and select Don’t Show in Forums from the drop-down menu.
In the interest of creating a safe and friendly blog community, please refrain from:
- Excessive use of foul language, profanities, obscenities, or vulgarities.
- Harassing, threatening, degrading, intimidating, victimizing, or abusing any individual or group. This includes hate based on a member’s age, gender, ethnicity, disability, religion or sexual orientation.
- Interrupting or repeatedly posting a lot of off-topic comments that disrupts the flow of conversations.
- Selling, advertising or posting ads or making solicitations, including URLs for other sites.
- Posting any personal contact information. This includes email or instant messenger addresses, phone numbers, etc.
- Posting copyrighted material or anything that’s protected by intellectual property rights. This includes text, photos, images, sound, and video files.
- Any attempt to collect or post any other member’s username, password, or other private, personal information, such as telephone number, email/instant messenger addresses, home address, etc.
- Starting or allowing arguments that escalate into threats, harassment, or violence. Feel free to argue and defend your opinions, but keep it civil.
- Selling, advertising or posting ads or making solicitations, including URLs for other sites.
Our sustainability comes from grants, donations (dollars and/or time) and Partner Subscription fees. In addition we have “nominal freemium” membership upgrades plans for both members and partner which are offered on both a monthly and annual subscription model.
